At M2Z Labs & Screenings, protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your DNA test results is our top priority. We follow strict verification protocols to ensure results are only released to individuals legally authorized to receive them.

Who Can Receive Test Results?

Test results will only be released to authorized individuals or entities, including:

• Tested Adults (18+) – Individuals who participated in the test.

• Legal Guardians – Authorized guardians who consented to the test on behalf of minors.

• Attorneys of Record – Legal representatives who provide valid documentation.

• Law Enforcement or Government Agencies – Agencies that submit legally sufficient requests and documentation.

All recipients must complete identity verification, submit valid photo ID, and comply with our privacy and consent standards.

How Results Are Delivered

• Non-Legal Tests: Delivered electronically via secure email.

• Legal Tests:

• Prenatal Tests: Delivered via secure email.

• Postnatal Tests: A summary is emailed; the original certified copy is available for in-person pickup at our office.

Authorization & Documentation

All tested parties must sign a Release of Legal Paternity Test Results form before any legal results can be shared. If a requester is not listed or authorized, we will refer the request back to the tested parties. It is solely their decision to share results with others.

M2Z Labs & Screenings does not override privacy rights or make discretionary releases to third parties not meeting legal or consent criteria.

Important Notice

By acknowledging this policy, you understand and agree that:

• All sales are final.

• Testing fees are nonrefundable, regardless of circumstance.

• If additional samples are needed or unexpected delays occur, you remain responsible for full payment.
