At M2Z Labs & Screenings, we are committed to transparency and clarity in all of our testing services. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an appointment is scheduled, all testing services are nonrefundable. This includes legal and non-legal DNA testing, regardless of circumstances that may arise.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for confirming pregnancy status and gestational age (if applicable), and ensuring they are eligible for testing. M2Z Labs & Screenings is not liable for determining pregnancy or fetal health status.

3. Missed Appointments

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or if any participant chooses to cancel after scheduling.

4. Estimated Processing Times

All turnaround times are estimates, including rush services. Delays may occur due to factors such as sample quality, shipping, weather, or lab capacity. We are not responsible for unexpected processing delays.

5. No Refunds for Delays

Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to delays, insufficient samples, weather interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

6. Payment Obligations

The individual who schedules and pays for the test, along with all participating parties, is jointly responsible for the full payment. All balances must be paid in full within seven business days or before results are released.

7. Nonrefundable Fees

If any test participant changes their mind or refuses to proceed after the initial appointment, all fees remain nonrefundable and any remaining balances are still due.

8. Pregnancy-Related Complications

In the event of miscarriage, medical complications, or misdiagnosis, all testing fees are still nonrefundable, and outstanding balances must be settled in full.

9. Requirement for Additional Samples

DNA testing may occasionally require additional samples. If any party refuses or is unable to provide these, the original fees still apply and are nonrefundable.

10. Outstanding Balances & Collections

All accounts must be paid in full within seven business days, regardless of testing outcome or status. Failure to remit payment may result in collection action. If you have any questions about these terms or need clarification, please contact our office prior to scheduling.
